Preparing For Your Consultation
You’re going to need to have a copy of the court papers with you when we talk. I’d also like for you to fax or email me a copy of the court papers so I can have them in front of me. Be sure to ask for the correct fax number and email address when you talk with Beth so that you know where to send the papers.
If you have federal student loans (even if you’re not behind on them), I’m also going to want you to have access to your loan records through the U.S. Department of Education’s National Student Loan Data System for Students.
