Thanks For Getting In Touch – Here’s What Happens Next.

Jay Fleischman RoundThank you for getting touch with me about your student loan lawsuit.

In the next few hours you’ll get a phone call from Beth, my Scheduling Coordinator. The caller ID on your phone will show as 626-888-3314 (that’s her direct line), so please pick up when she calls.

Beth will help set you up for your free, no-obligation phone consultation with me. You’ll get 15 minutes of my time, and we’ll discuss how I can help you defend your student loan lawsuit.

Preparing For Your Consultation

You’re going to need to have a copy of the court papers with you when we talk. I’d also like for you to fax or email me a copy of the court papers so I can have them in front of me. Be sure to ask for the correct fax number and email address when you talk with Beth so that you know where to send the papers.

If you have federal student loans (even if you’re not behind on them), I’m also going to want you to have access to your loan records through the U.S. Department of Education’s National Student Loan Data System for Students. This is the official repository of federal student loan information, and can be found by clicking here.

If You Don’t Get A Phone Call From Us Within 24 Hours, Do This

Sometimes we can’t get through to you by phone for one reason or another.

If that happens, don’t panic! Just call (866) 787-8078 during normal business hours and you’ll get connected to the office right away.
