Shaev & Fleischman LLP is a consumer protection law firm helping people in New York and the Los Angeles area. But that’s not where you’ll find all of us.
We found out a long time ago that people are busy. They’ve got jobs, families, personal interests, and too many demands on their time. With that in mind, we set out to create a law firm that makes it easy to work with us.
Our Office Locations
Our New York City office is in the Empire State Building, but often the place has just a few people there. Our Pasadena location is completely virtual.
Clients come to the office to sign papers when necessary, but just as often they work with us by phone, fax and email. The technology exists to get work done without the need to get in your car and spend hours traveling to and from our office, so why bother with the inconvenience?
When you want to build the strongest team, you look for the best players. So, too, with a consumer law firm. Our virtual presence allows us to hand-pick the best of the best no matter where they happen to be.
Some of our team members choose to work from home so they can cut time spent commuting each day, as well as the environmental effects. For example, Jay Fleischman, the Managing Attorney of our Pasadena office, works entirely from home.
Yet others choose to work from a more traditional office location. David Shaev, the Managing Attorney of our New York office, can usually be found behind his desk in the Empire State Building.
We have attorneys in New York and California, paralegals in San Diego and Brooklyn, receptionists in Oregon and appointment schedulers in Georgia.
The Technology That Makes It All Run
Just because we work virtually doesn’t mean we’re not sticklers about client security and confidentiality. Every piece of information is kept behind secure servers, backed up constantly, and triple-checked for reliability. We use vendors who adhere to the most rigorous security standards because your confidentiality is our greatest concern.
Let’s Work Together
You’ll never know which option is right for you until you talk with someone who understands the pros and cons of all of them. Once we figure out the type of solution that’s best for you, we’ll work on structuring a legal fee that’s going to help you get out of debt as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Take the first step in getting answers to your questions by setting up a free, no-obligation phone consultation. You can also give us a call at 866-787-8078 during normal business hours.
